The Court of Appeals has named the recipients of the 2009 Balfour Scholarships today.

The recipients of the 2009 Balfour Scholarships are:

Liberty Haray of Harding Inn at Florida Coastal School of Law

Fabio Leonardi of John Marshall Inn at the George Washington University Law School

Nicolette Rowe of Richardson Inn at University of Hawai'i School of Law, and

Ben Wilson of Murphy Inn at Saint Louis University School of Law

All of the applications were strong and the decisions were hard. The Justices of Phi Delta Phi's Court of Appeals congratulate the recipients and thank all applicants for their outstanding submissions.
