The Court of Appeals has named the recipients of the 2009 Balfour Minority and International Exchange Scholarships. The recipients are:
Felicia Stokes of Madison Inn at the University of Richmond for the Balfour Minority Scholarship
and
Ali Arif of Prosser Inn at Pepperdine University for the International Exchange Scholarship
All of the applications were strong and the decisions were hard. The Justices of Phi Delta Phi's Court of Appeals congratulate the recipients and thank all applicants for their outstanding submissions.
