IMPORTANT DEADLINES – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
To All Magisters:
Listed below are links to materials regarding Phi Delta Phi’s Balfour Scholarship, Balfour Minority Scholarship and the International Exchange Scholarship. Please pay close attention to the guidelines for these awards, particularly the deadline for applications. This year, a number of $2,500.00 USD Balfour Scholarships, one $2,500.00 USD Balfour Minority Scholarship, and one International Exchange Scholarship may be awarded. You, or a member of your Inn, could receive a check for $2,500.00! To qualify, all applications and attachments must be submitted by October 11, in accordance with the guidelines. As Magister, it is your duty and responsibility to ensure that all members of your Inn receive this information in a timely manner so that everyone is afforded the opportunity to apply.
For the Balfour Scholarship Awards, your Inn may select up to five candidates, for the Balfour International Exchange Scholarship Award, up to three candidates, and for the Balfour Minority Scholarship, up to three candidates.
You must submit the Scholarship Nomination Form online and submit all applications and required supplemental materials via email on or before October 11 to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please take a moment now to review the attached materials. As Magister, you are responsible for disseminating this information to all members of the Inn in a timely manner to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to apply for these scholarships. Also, you are responsible for ensuring that the completed applications and accompanying materials are submitted in a timely manner to International Headquarters.
