Attorney and McBrayer Managing Member James H. Frazier, III, was named to the U.S. News – Best Lawyers® in America list for 2020 in the areas of Litigation – Real Estate and Real Estate Law. Attorney Mary Estes Haggin was named to the U.S. News – Best Lawyers® in America list for 2020 in the area of Real Estate Law. Mary practices in the areas of Commercial Lending and Real Estate Law out of the McBrayer law firm’s Lexington, Kentucky, office. 

Mary Estes Haggin is a 1988 graduate of the University of Kentucky, a 1991 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law, and a member of Phi Delta Phi. 


Attorney Christopher J. Shaughnessy was named to the U.S. News – Best Lawyers® in America list for 2020 in the area of Health Care Law. Chris practices in the areas of Healthcare Regulation, Healthcare Transactions, and more out of the McBrayer law firm’s Lexington, Kentucky, office.

I have held this distinction since 2007. This year I was named Lawyer of the year for Pittsburgh Penna. in personal injury Plaintiff. Also continue to be recognized for medical malpractice litigation - Plaintiff.
